In October 6th and 7th the NeurOptimal neurofeedback weekend of 2018 took place , a weekend organized yearly by Christina Rompa and Marijke van Dellen , two of our most experienced NeurOptimal neurofeedback trainers in the Netherlands.
In the morning of Saturday we arrived where the weekend was taking place , in Samaya.
Being a former monastery , Samaya carries a positive and uplifting energy.
It felt like the ideal place for training , promoting enjoyment and attunement to the present moment.
We soon gathered in the meeting room and started preparing for our training.
The neurofeedback training itself was done in a group setting. It felt like an extra dimension to the experience as our brains optimized together.
In both days of the retreat we trained , listened to beautiful music , and took walks in the garden outside.
In addition to the training , our weekend had a few more high points.
In our first day we received a relaxing massage , body work that combined nicely with the neurofeedback training.
On the second day Marijke gave us a wonderful guided meditation.
Marijke completely shone on this , it felt similar to how it feels when training with NeurOptimal neurofeedback.
The NeurOptimal neurofeedback weekend is tremendously worthwhile for personal development , and Samaya is a pleasant and inspiring atmosphere for training if you are on a journey of personal growth , if you have already discovered the power of NeurOptimal neurofeedback as a trainee or a trainer , or if you simply want to give yourself a wonderful weekend.
